Why Boring + Taylor

Boring + Taylor’s attorneys know what it’s like to both run and defend a business and cooperative group. Throughout his professional career, Mike Boring has represented and counseled clients in the New Palestine and Indianapolis area on legal matters from business formation to contract negotiation to family farm succession to estate planning.

When he’s not winning cases in court, he manages the family farm just outside of Shelby County. As the 6th generation to farm this land, he is as committed to his Indiana agribusiness as he is to his cooperative law and other legal cases.
