Here for You Through the Ups & Downs
As fifth and sixth-generational farmers, we understand all the highs and lows that come from working the land. While we’ve been fortunate enough to keep our family farm since 1853, we recognize that not every family is so lucky. That’s why our agricultural business services also include farm bankruptcy navigation.
Our team of legal professionals will guide you through this most difficult time, offering our most compassionate legal advice. We know you have a deep emotional attachment to the land and to your family farm. It’s never easy letting go, which is why we don’t look at your bankruptcy as a fault, but rather a chance for a new beginning. Nothing can quite predict us for all the economic and natural changes, but with Boring + Taylor, you can be ready for anything!
Why Choose Boring + Taylor?
For nearly two centuries, Boring + Taylor has been rooted in the farming industry, becoming staples in the New Palestine and Indianapolis farming communities. When Jacob L. Boring received 80 acres in 1853 in accordance with the Federal Homestead Act, he never could have imagined it’d still be a Boring homestead today.
Boring + Taylor was founded by Gary Boring, who was born and raised on the original family farm. Now, he and his son and law firm partner, Mike Boring, are serving local farmers and their families, providing legal guidance and agricultural business services, including agricultural law, family farm succession and estate planning, and business and cooperative law.
We’re More Than Farmers
Boring + Taylor doesn’t just serve the agricultural community in New Palestine and Indianapolis. We also serve families and other businesses throughout the area. Whether you’re in need of estate planning, cooperative law services, family lawn, or criminal defense, Boring + Taylor is there for you.
